Who do we need?
- Candidate s who have success f ully completed at least Senior High School (Grade 12).
- Pre f erably has previous experience as a Cab in Crew, particularly A320/321/330 quali f ied.
- M ust meet the minimum height requirement o f 5'3 f or f emales, and 5'7 f or males; and a reach test o f 210 cm .
- Candidates without prior experience as a Cab in Crew may also apply.
- Open to F ilipino nationals based in the Philippines only .
- M ust be pro f icient in F ilipino and Eng lish language.
- M ust be physically and mentally prepared to undergo rigorous training and e f f ectively f ul f ill the roles and responsibilities o f a Cab in Crew.
- M ust have a c us t o mer -centric mindset and critical thinking skills .
- M ust possess con f idence and creativity in problem solving.

Willing to be based outside o f Manila, i f necessary.

Please be guided by our strict dress code during the application process: Male applicants are required to wear pants/trou s ers, and a short-sleeved polo. F emale applicants required to wear a knee-l eng th skirt paired with a short-sleeved top or blouse. Hair m ust be neatly tied in a bun , complemented by appropriate make-up . Blazers, coats, or jackets are optional f or both male and f emale applicants.
