CAD Operator
Immediate Hiring | Office-Based | Full-time | Taytay, Rizal
We are immediately seeking a proficient and detail-oriented CAD Operator to produce precise construction and interior drawings. This role supports our design and technical teams on mid to high-end residential and commercial projects, requiring exceptional precision, design awareness, and efficiency.
What You'll Do:
- Produce precise 2D CAD drawings for architectural, interior, and construction plans.
- Convert sketches and specifications into detailed, professional layouts.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and designers.
- Manage and update drawing files and project documentation.
- Ensure all drawings meet company standards and client specifications.
- Assist with shop drawings, as-built plans, and presentation layouts.
- Collaborate with project managers and design teams for accuracy.
What We're Looking For:
- A graduate of Architecture, Drafting, or a related technical course.
- 1-3 years of CAD Operator experience (construction or design industry preferred).
- Proficient in AutoCAD; SketchUp, Revit, or 3D modeling skills are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, design standards, and basic building codes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Taytay, Rizal.
- Familiarity with interior fit-out, millwork, or Italian kitchen detailing is a bonus.
