QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in Drafting Technology, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3 years relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
