We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Calibration and Maintenance Safety Personnel. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and proper functioning of tools and equipment through regular calibration and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular internal calibration of small tools and measuring instruments.
- Schedule and coordinate external calibration services with certified providers.
- Develop and maintain a Maintenance and Calibration Plan for all equipment.
- Monitor equipment and tools for any defects or malfunctions including fire safety equipment.
- Report and coordinate repairs with external technicians and outsourced suppliers when necessary.
- Maintain records of calibration, maintenance, and repair activities and essential ISO documents.
- Checking of personnel for proper wearing of PPE.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Industrial/Mechanical Technology or related courses.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of tools and measuring equipment is a plus.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
