We’re growing fast and looking for a Call Center Supervisor (Coach) with a strong background in sales and BPO leadership to guide and inspire our remote teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Coach at Aventus, you’re not just managing a team, you’re leading a culture of excellence. You’ll coach, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team while monitoring KPIs and driving results. Expect a balance of hands-on performance management and strategic leadership.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Results: Monitor team performance, optimize sales scripts, track KPIs, and ensure teams consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Coach & Develop Talent: Deliver structured, ongoing coaching sessions that motivate, challenge, and support team members in hitting performance and learning goals.
- Monitor & Improve: Spend up to 70% of your time on calls — live listening, QA monitoring, and ensuring SOP compliance across multiple campaigns.
- Lead by Example: You are the professional standard-setter, modeling best-in-class behavior and communication for your team, clients, and coworkers.
- Foster Client Partnerships: Host weekly/biweekly update calls with clients to share performance metrics, highlight wins, and surface areas for growth.
- Build Systems for Success: Create SOPs, sales scripts, and coaching materials. Bring fresh ideas, test proof of concept, and refine our customer journey and sales process.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- Proven Sales Experience: 2+ years in sales or telesales with a record of crushing targets.
- Call Center or BPO Leadership: Experience leading remote teams in a performance-driven environment — ideally within a BPO or contact center.
- Excellent Communication Skills: C1 English proficiency, both verbal and written, with minimal to no accent.
- Tech-Ready Setup:
- - Windows 10+ laptop/desktop, i5 processor (or better), 8GB+ RAM- Noise-canceling headset with a clear mic.- Stable, wired internet connection (40 Mbps down / 20 Mbps up minimum).
