Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Call Grader/Auditor with prior experience evaluating sales or BDC (Business Development Center) calls. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the quality and consistency of our sales interactions by listening to and grading recorded calls daily. Key Responsibilities:
- Listen to 20+ sales calls daily and accurately grade/evaluate each call based on predefined criteria.
- Perform daily VIN Solutions audits to ensure data accuracy and system compliance.
- Provide constructive feedback and identify coaching opportunities based on call performance.
- Communicate regularly with the team to report trends, flag concerns, and suggest improvements.
- Maintain organized records of all evaluations and reports.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar call auditing or grading role (preferably in a Sales BDC environment).
- Familiarity with VIN Solutions or similar CRM tools is a strong advantage.
- High attention to detail and excellent listening skills.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and meet daily goals consistently.
Schedule: Full-time, remote, must be available to meet daily targets and communicate with the team during working hours.
