About the Role:
The Handyman is responsible for performing a variety of repairs, maintenance, and construction tasks.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
- Respond to service requests from tenants and building management
- Perform minor construction tasks, such as painting, flooring installation, and drywall repair
- Assist with move-in/move-out procedures, including assembling/disassembling furniture and fixtures
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools and equipment
- Assist with special projects, such as renovations and capital improvements
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to complete tasks and projects
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
About you:
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in carpentry; Any NC2 is a plus
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week
- Can start ASAP
