Responsibilities:
- Source and secure carriers for freight shipments
- Negotiate rates and manage carrier relationships
- Track and ensure on-time delivery
- Resolve shipment issues and provide exceptional service
Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in carrier or freight brokerage (preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficient in logistics software (preferred)
