Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor as they enter the sports center
- Handle payment transactions with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, including restocking supplies and keeping the area free of clutter
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about the sports center's offered activities and prices
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent service and a positive customer experience
- Assist with other duties such as other administrative tasks, cleaning, and restocking as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling payment transactions
- Basic math skills and the ability to make quick calculations
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
