Cashier
Job Summary:
The Cashier is responsible for handling all customer payments and transactions in the auto-service center, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service. The role also includes issuing receipts, maintaining cash registers, reconciling daily transactions, and supporting administrative tasks related to customer billing and service documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Accurately process customer payments (cash, credit/debit cards, online transactions).
- Issue official receipts, invoices, and maintain proper transaction records.
- Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians regarding billing and job orders.
- Handle customer inquiries related to billing, service costs, or promotions.
- Ensure proper safekeeping of cash, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness at the cashiering and reception area.
- Follow company policies regarding cash handling, refunds, and discounts.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php10,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
