Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service
- Accurately process customer transactions using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions securely
- Assist with bagging merchandise and providing customers with receipts
- Maintain accurate cash drawers and perform end-of-shift cash reconciliation
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and safety
Qualifications:
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
