PHINMA Community Housing is looking for a Cashier, Billing, and Collection Associate who is passionate about delivering excellent financial services and supporting Filipino families in achieving their dream of homeownership.
You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and timely payment handling, billing, and collection while coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth financial transactions and compliance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Payment Handling: Receive, validate, and document buyer payments (cash, checks, online transfers), and issue official receipts in compliance with internal controls and regulations
- Billing & Collection: Prepare and issue monthly billing statements, track collections, and ensure timely follow-ups on payments
- Delinquency Management: Manage delinquent accounts by issuing demand notices, coordinating with Legal and Admin, and facilitating account cancellations or legal actions
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily and monthly collection reports, PDC inventory, and other financial summaries for internal teams
- Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Loan Processing, Admin, and Legal teams to ensure proper endorsement and documentation of payments
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in cashiering, billing, or collection, preferably in real estate or finance-related industries
- Knowledge of billing and collection processes, cash handling, and PDC management
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and financial systems
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and reporting skills
- High attention to detail, integrity, and accountability
- Excellent communication and follow-through skills
