Customer Service Associate
Qualifications:
· High School Graduate, College level or Graduate of any 4 year course
· Preferably (but not required) with 6 month work related experience from the same industry, fast food chain, or casual/fine dining restaurant
· Should be a Customer Service Oriented person
· With good Communication Skills
· Open to Flexible Schedule (week end, holidays), and long working hours
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Cashiering Management - handles POS machine, operates cash register and manages cash drawer
· Observes cashiering procedures
· Provides excellent and quality customer service by assisting the customers with purchases and attending to customer's needs
· Completes daily cashier's reports
· Secures confidential information and documents
