Monitor Surveillance Systems: Operate CCTV consoles to watch multiple screens, monitoring live and recorded video feeds from various locations to detect crime, anti-social behavior, or other safety breaches.
- Report Incidents: Identify, document, and report suspicious individuals or activities, and log any unusual events or incidents that occur.
- Provide Evidence: Ensure that video footage is correctly recorded, stored, and cataloged for easy retrieval and for use as evidence in legal proceedings.
- Maintain Equipment: Perform regular checks on CCTV equipment and systems to ensure they are functioning correctly, and report any equipment failures.
- Communicate with Authorities: Liaise with police, security teams, or other emergency personnel during incidents, providing them with details about the situation and suspected individuals.
- Log and Document: Maintain detailed logs of all incidents, system checks, and visitor activity in a clear and accurate manner.
