.The Role
As a Change Manager, the role will be responsible for supporting the change and communications work including stakeholder engagement, internal communications and business readiness preparation. Our projects deliver incrementally and in parallel. They will impact and benefit all of our colleagues across 140 countries.
- Execute end to end change management activities across the Cyber Acceleration Program
- Ensure all technology teams understand and are comfortable with the activities required by them
- Partner with project managers to maintain a 4 Week Look Ahead to summarise the input required on each project
- Perform a quality assurance process by reviewing project plans to ensure all required activities have been captured correctly
- Challenge delivery teams where the impacts on other teams has not been sufficiently defined in the required level of detail
- Prepare materials for the weekly change forum that will engage participants from across all of the technology teams
- Partner with Technology teams (such as development teams) to understand their needs from the CAP program. Proactively develop and engage them in the content to meet their needs
- Draft communication materials to keep Technology colleagues informed of progress and plans for the CAP program
- Ensure effective change management and communications for any aspect of CAP that will impact colleagues outside Technology
- Ensure an excellent colleague / user experience when new projects are rolled out
- Immerse in the detail of technical projects to quickly understand the diverse experience stakeholders will have
- Perform change impact assessments, identify risks, shape and execute mitigating actions
- Partner with project managers and business analysts to develop change plans
- Challenge and influence project teams to ensure they are considering the colleague experience throughout the project
- Challenge the status quo on ways of traditional working
- Ensure a robust approach for establishing business and client change requirements, acceptance into production and delivery of efficient well documented changes to or implementation of new operational processes. Includes tracking and realisation of benefits in line
- Work hands-on with the business teams and digital champions to ensure that they are prepared to adopt the new technology covering such areas as communications, marketing, training, hyper care and adoption into business processes.
- Work with business project sponsors to ensure that WTW internal operational process changes are followed to realize the benefits of the business change
- Ensure other stakeholders are identified and appropriately kept informed
Essential skills/experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in similar global roles, size, scale and with technology element
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, busy and pressurised environment
- Ability to build “agile” plans, and ensure that deadlines are set, agreed and met – whilst working in a virtual global environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects. Ability to quickly pick up new projects, take a pragmatic approach to deliver change management outcomes and inject pace in projects
- Eye for detail, strong analytical skills and structured approach
- A passion and track record for ensuring an excellent colleague / user experience when new technology projects are rolled out
- Creative out of the box thinking to shape engaging materials
- Experience in shaping campaigns leveraging different communications channels
- Skilled across tools to create engaging content in different media types (videos, presentations, Sway, Intranet sites, newsletters etc.)
- Experience of the end-to-end change management lifecycle, including operational & business readiness activities and go-live/post preparation
- Operates with a growth mindset. Takes a positive approach and maintains focus on delivering results. Invites and learns from feedback.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills using a variety of tools
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively within a team and support other team members
- Confident, proactive, energetic with solid influencing skill.

Desirable
- Degree or equivalent in related subject
- Creating websites tailored to end user experience
- Ability to use agile practices like 30, 60 and 90 deliverables, using daily stand-ups to drive output
