Channel Development Specialist – Visayas

We are looking for a driven and strategic Channel Development Specialist to lead and expand our operations in the Visayas. This role will focus on driving sales, strengthening channel and distributor partnerships, and growing our brand presence across Cebu and nearby provinces.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors and trade partners in the Visayas.
- Negotiate with chain drugstores, LKA accounts, and distributors to secure favorable agreements.
- Implement marketing and sales programs to boost visibility in retail and wholesale channels.
- Build lasting partnerships with buyers and trade accounts.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ FMCG experience (cosmetics/personal care preferred).
- Proven ability to deliver and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and willing to travel within the Visayas.
- Based in Cebu or nearby areas; experience handling Cebu chain drugstores is a plus.
- Available for full-time work.
