Job Overview
We are hiring committed Chat & Voice Support Representatives to support customers of a leading global logistics and shipping company. Based onsite in Cebu (Gagfa IT Tower), you will handle Tagalog-speaking customer inquiries via chat and voice regarding shipments, tracking, and delivery issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time support in Tagalog via chat and voice platforms
- Assist with tracking updates, shipment delays, rescheduling, and logistics info
- Log interactions in the CRM system and escalate issues when necessary
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality and communication tone
Qualifications
- Fluent in Tagalog (spoken and written) – required
- English level B1–B2
- Experience in customer service or shipping/logistics preferred
- Willing to work onsite in rotational morning shifts to Mid shifts
- Strong communication, multitasking, and reliability
