Summary of Functions:
Monitors and maintains the accurate count of current product inventory. Also responsible on receiving and checking of incoming and outgoing items.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
1. Maintains a balanced record of inventory by making physical inventories at every end of the day and counter check the resulting quantity against inventory book .
2. Submits weekly, monthly and annual inventory report.
3. Report discrepancies between the actual physical count and computer records for verification and correction.
4. Collaborates with the procurement and sales department to ensure the regular availability of products.
5. Verify customers order for shipment and coordinate with warehousemen for preparation.
6. Assist in keeping the warehouse clean and organize by sorting, arranging and labeling all the products.
7. Filling and updating records such as COA, MSDS and checklist.
8. Checking and separating of invoice, delivery receipt before distributing to the assigned truck.
9. Performs dispatching and counter-checking the quantity of items indicated on the receipt against the loaded or unloaded items.
10. For each new delivery of food items, check for change in the mode of packaging, counter check the batch number and inspect the condition, as well as the quantity of the new delivery.
Food Safety Responsibilities:
Observe the food safety requirements on the proper storage of items, follows FIFO system, check for possible presence and harborage of pests on the goods. Ensuring the good quality of products before its distribution to the customers.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree Management or another related field.
2. Knowledgeable in Food Safety System.
3. Computer literacy including email, spreadsheet, and database management.
4. Ability to quickly learn new job tasks and flexibility to work in different jobs as needed.
5. Must be able to work any day, including holidays, or any shift.
6. Adherence to company core values.
7. Detail Oriented and good mathematical skills

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php14,000.00 per month
