Chemical Lab Head oversees the daily operations of chemical laboratory in the plant, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations. Responsible for the supervision of Chemical Analysts, guide research projects, and ensure accurate testing in relation to chemical analysis. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining equipment, managing lab resources, and communicating findings to QA/QC Manager while driving continuous improvement in lab processes.
