- Knowledge of standard practices and equipment of the diesel and gasoline mechanic trade.
- Knowledge of the principles of operation of gasoline and diesel engines. Knowledge of the repair and maintenance of light to heavy trucks and construction equipment.
- Proven work experience as a Chief Mechanic. This is a responsible supervisory position requiring technical skill, organizational ability and managerial capability.
- Duties include assessing the condition of equipment, scheduling immediate and long-term maintenance and performing necessary repairs.
- Ability to use the necessary tools and the required skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with other employees.
- Have a Valid driver's license
- Can Drive 4-wheels manual or automatic
