Operations & Systems Implementation
- Design, document, and optimize SOPs across all departments
- Lead migration and integration of platforms (e.g., ClickUp to Asana, CRM setup, etc.)
- Identify inefficiencies and implement tech-enabled workflow improvements
- Establish KPIs and reporting structures for team performance and business health
- Build scalable systems for onboarding, service delivery, marketing, and fulfillment
Team Oversight & Management
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and managing VAs and freelancers
- Define team roles, communication systems, and accountability processes
- Provide leadership without micromanaging
- Cultivate a culture of ownership, initiative, and solution-oriented thinking
Strategic Support
- Translate the founder’s vision into actionable systems and projects
- Prioritize initiatives and maintain cross-department alignment
- Own timelines and deliver results without the founder's day-to-day involvement
- Keep leadership informed via dashboards and status updates
Client Delivery & Support Systems (If Applicable)
- Oversee or optimize delivery systems for service-based businesses
- Implement quality control tools to ensure client satisfaction and consistency
Experience and Proficiency
- 3+ years in operations, project management, or similar leadership roles (not mandatory but highly preferred)
- Strong experience with: Asana, ClickUp, Zapier, Slack, Airtable, Loom, and Google Workspace
- Ability to turn unstructured ideas into structured workflows
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive communicator
- Experience managing remote teams and juggling multiple priorities
