- Prepare and submit documentation in support various claims activities;
- Make sure all inquiries and payments are dealt with quickly;
- Keep clients' files updated & record payments made and received;
- Prepare necessary client documentation;
- Appoint insurance loss adjusters and private investigators when required;
- Manage long-term claims and reassess them regularly;
- Make recommendations for the settlement of claims;
- Inform clients if claims are accepted and how they will be allocated;
- Organize payments to clients;
- Organize the repair or replacement of lost items;
- Monitor all claims status until settlement is complete;
- Reviews and analyses loss histories for a wide variety of exposures and recommended appropriate measures to minimize losses;
- Reviews and analyze insurance premiums and recommend appropriate products;
- Provide general advice within compliance/ability level as requested by clients;
- Other tasks as requested/necessary
Requirements:
- Graduate of any business/office related degree
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operations;
- WILLING TO UNDERGO 2 WEEKS TRAINING (PAID)
- 10 CLAIMS NEEDED
