Talent Acquisition Associate - Compliance and Onboarding

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent while providing exceptional customer service to both candidates and hiring managers. This position requires a unique blend of recruitment expertise, sales acumen, and strong customer service skills.
  
  Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point
• Knowledge of general recruitment processes and testing would be an advantage
• Previous experience in BPO recruitment is an advantage
• Must be amenable to work in shifting schedules,
• Must be flexible in working nights and rotating schedules, holidays and weekends
