ING Financial Markets (FM), as part of ING Wholesale Banking, is the bank’s gateway to wholesale
financial markets around the world. Our primary function is to provide ING’s clients with products,
services, and guidancein the realm of markets. We maintain a presence in all major international
markets and have specialist epertise in selected emerging markets and products. We have set
out on a journey to becoming the best Wholesale Bank in Europe in 2026.
FM eServices is a department within FM Business Management. Our purpose is to provide global
market access to electronic trading venues to all global FM and Group Treasury (GT) hubs. This is
achieved by centrally managing our market making and liquidity taking relationships. We enable
venue trading in a controlled and compliant manner throughout the venue life-cycle. We aim to
provide a smooth eperience for onboarding and offboarding to electronic venues and services
for internal and eternal clients. To that end, we hold the admin role to all venue access to secure
least privilege access. The eServices departmentcurrently consists of a Centre of Ecellence (COE)
in Amsterdam and one eecution location in Bratislava (Slovakia).
Job Description
As the Process Epert for Echanges & Clearing, you are responsible for operating and
maintaining BaU processes that support our echange and clearing memberships. You will
support the Senior Trading analyst with analysis on usage, maintenance tasks, cost and risk. In
addition, you will contribute to implementation projects of changes and additions to our market
infrastructure.
Using echange and clearing services either as member or via a broker commits ING to certain
operational standards. Being the Echange, Clearing & Post Trade Process Epert is the key
responsibility of the role. You will be responsible for all maintenance aspects in relation to ING’s
echange and central clearing access.

As Process Epert you:
- Take responsibility for projects/change initiatives from beginning to end including
- Manage all stakeholders proactively that are involved in the realization of the
- Transfer to our eecution location following correct governance including sign-off
- Take part in our stand-ups, refinement sessions and Quarterly Business Reviews to
- Define training framework and provide trainings for stakeholders
- Provide after-care support for changes implemented
- Perform eServices Business As Usual (BAU) activities to support APAC stakeholders.
- Set up users or new products across various echanges
- Support User Access Management (UAM) Reconciliation
- Monitor error reports provided by the echanges to promptly identify incorrect or missing
- Perform rulebook analysis to identify and reduce gaps between different venues and ING
- Communication of new releases and follow-up support to relevant teams
- Design the process flow and process controls
- Monitor quality of process and quality of outcome
- Supports the FM organization by optimizing the echange and clearing processing street

- Are familiar with clearing processes, as direct clearing member and through clearing
- Are familiar with echange processes, as direct member or via third parties.
- Contribute to ING FM growth ambitions through epanding and optimising our product
- Give input into implementation projects and lead small process improvements
- Contribute to the development of craftsmanship – how the processes should be eecuted,

- 5 years working eperience in the financial sector.
- Proven track record related to clearing process through memberships and brokers.
- Eperienced in project management and business process design
- Skilled in Ecel and PowerPoint and able to present your work and ideas structured and
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing) and eperienced in working in an international
