What You Will Do
As part of our continued growth across the APAC region, we are currently seeking a Client Service Delivery Analyst to join our well-established Corporate Solutions Advisory team based in our Manila office.
- Assists in the writing of detailed functional specifications.
- Responds to basic unresolved production support issues and participates in analysis and resolution on behalf of the business, escalating more complex issues to senior colleagues.
- Under general supervision, assists in the design of solutions for clients, ensuring that SLA’s and KPI’s are met.
- Support IR Insight product by ensuring that the contact mapping within the event transcript remains up to date
- Link contacts’ profiles and identifying ESG contacts in the database
- Ensure tagging of ESG Mutual Funds is regularly maintained in IR Insight
- Participate in building and maintaining databases for IR Insight mapping projects
- Support the Product Development team of IR Insight for future projects and adhoc requests
What We Expect
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics;
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates with relevant internships are also welcome to apply)
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools - Excel, Word, and Outlook, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and Adobe Pro.
- Above average to excellent English communication skills, both in oral and written forms;
- Amenability to work APAC shift (9am-6pm) throughout the work week and at least twice a week in the Nasdaq office at BGC, Taguig.
