About the Role:
We’re seeking a versatile Client Success & Data Specialist to support our clients while managing critical data processes. This role bridges client communication, success initiatives, and data operations—ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our services while maintaining accurate, actionable data insights.
Key Responsibilities:Client Success (50%)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships.
- Proactively address client needs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Conduct regular check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and onboarding sessions.
- Collaborate with sales/product teams to relay client feedback and drive improvements.
Data Management & Analysis (50%)
- Maintain and clean internal/client-facing datasets (e.g., CRM, spreadsheets, databases).
- Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track KPIs.
- Automate repetitive data tasks.
- Ensure data integrity across systems and troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Support ad hoc data requests from teams (sales, marketing, leadership).
Location: Cabancalan Mandaue City, Philippines (Onsite) Preferred CEBU Base candidates.
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 2 days off per week
Working Hours: Aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mandaue City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
