- Graduate of any (4) four-year course
- At least three (3) years of experience in Quality Assurance, Customer Service role, and supervisory or leadership role.
- With knowledge in ISO 9001 Documentation, Leadership Training, Problem Solving Tools and Techniques, QC tools, process analysis, 7S and 8D, Customer Service Training, Leadership Training
- With experience in healthcare industry, medical terminology, medical administration or QA in a medical or business environment is strongly preferred
- With Leadership and Management skills
- Willing to start as soon as possible
