JLL Philippines is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cluster Engineer to join our dynamic team!
What you'll do:
As a Cluster Engineer, you'll provide technical leadership and ensure operational excellence for engineering services across multiple properties.
Oversee Engineering Operations: Manage all MEP, HVAC, and building systems, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
Lead & Develop Teams: Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a high-performance culture
Manage Maintenance & Budgets: Implement robust preventive maintenance programs and assist in budget preparation and control
Ensure Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
Optimize Performance: Drive energy management initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and provide expert technical support
What you'll need:
We're looking for a leader with strong technical skills and a proven track record in facility management
Education & License: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering, with a valid Professional License (REE or RME) preferred
Experience: 8-10 years in facility/property engineering, including 3-5 years in a multi-site leadership role
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding and experience with complex MEP, HVAC, and BMS
Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Key Skills: Proficient in CMMS and MS Office; proactive, results-oriented, and willing to travel
