Cluster Sales Officer

Sales & Customer Acquisition:

• Promote and sell fiber internet services to potential customers through on-ground activities (e.g., door-to-door, community events, local partnerships).
• Meet or exceed assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct area mapping to identify high-potential locations and communities within the cluster.

Customer Engagement:

• Educate prospective customers on product features, pricing, installation process, and service benefits.
• Assist customers in the sign-up process and ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with the back-office and installation teams.

Territory Management:

• Maintain strong visibility within the cluster by regularly visiting communities, homeowners’ associations, and commercial establishments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, property managers, and local influencers.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and conversions using CRM tools or sales logs.
• Coordinate with field operations, order management, and customer service teams to ensure timely installations and issue resolution.
• Submit regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor movements in the area.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years experience in direct sales, preferably in telecommunication.
• Strong knowledge of the local area/cluster and its communities is an advantage.
• Proficient in using mobile sales apps, CRM tools, and basic Microsoft Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
