Job Description
We are looking for a skilled CNC Lathe and Milling Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathe and milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathe and milling machines according to production requirements.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and offsets as needed.
- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations.
- Conduct in-process quality checks using measuring tools.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Follow safety standards and company operating procedures.
- Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to improve machining processes and productivity.
Qualifications / Credentials
- Proven experience (2 years minimum) as a CNC lathe and/or milling machine operator.
- Must have experience in CNC programming (manual coding and/or CAD/CAM software).
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints.
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments and quality inspection tools.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and able to work on shifting schedules if needed.
- Residing in or willing to work in Sta. Maria, Bulacan.
