Job Summary:
LOLC Bank Philippines, Inc. is seeking dedicated Collection Officer to handle delinquent accounts and support loan recovery efforts across branches. Strong negotiation skills and willingness to work in the field are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and collect delinquent accounts.
- Communicate with clients to resolve overdue loans.
- Coordinate with sales and management to speed up collections.
- Serve demand letters and conduct skip tracing.
- Execute foreclosure on collateral when needed.
- Submit daily reports and updates.
Qualifications:
- College undergraduate, Senior High School, or High School graduate.
- Experience in banking, finance, or microfinance preferred.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Willing to work in the field.
- Computer literate.
- Valid riding license required.
