GENERAL DESCRIPTION
WPP Media handles blue chip accounts such as JFC, Nestle, Loreal, Procter and Gamble, among others. The Payments Team Lead is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient payment processing operations.
Aside from delivering the KPI, this role is also expected to have collaborative relationship with other departments in the resolution of issues and attainment of common goals. This role will lead the team in identifying and achieving process improvements in the Payments process.

§ Delivering the KPI for smooth and efficient payment process
§ Achieve accuracy in Payment and accrual process
§ Established an excellent working relationship with media vendors and buying team to facilitate coordination and smooth flow of work process
What your day job looks like at WPP Media:
The Payments Team Lead leads the payments team and is expected to perform the following responsibilities:
1) Managing the company's day-to-day cash inflows and outflows to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
2) Ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, salaries, and other obligations.
3) Troubleshooting payment processing issues and resolving them promptly.
4) Maintaining strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
5) Efficiently managing cash balances to maximize returns while minimizing risk.
6) Managing existing debt obligations, including refinancing, restructuring, and compliance with covenants.
7) Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
