QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation or Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering
· Preferably with Master's degree in Maritime or related field
· Must be a licensed officer
· Holder of Train the Trainer (IMO MODEL 6.09)
· Assessor Training (IMO Model 3.12)
· Familiar with STCW, MARINA, CHED and ISO standards related to maritime education
