**Job Responsibilities as Command Center Manager – Fruitas Holdings, Inc.**
* Oversee the daily operations of the Command Center to ensure smooth coordination across all branches.
* Monitor real-time data, store performance, and key operational metrics to proactively address issues.
* Lead a team of Command Center agents, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
* Act as the central communication hub between store operations, logistics, IT, and upper management.
* Implement and optimize standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and response time.
* Analyze trends and incident reports to develop preventive strategies and reduce operational disruptions.
* Coordinate with other departments to resolve escalations and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
* Ensure 24/7 monitoring capabilities, including proper staffing and shift scheduling.
* Prepare regular reports and updates for senior leadership, highlighting key issues and recommendations.
* Maintain Command Center tools and technologies, working with IT to ensure systems are updated and functional.
* Drive continuous improvement by proposing innovations in monitoring, reporting, and response mechanisms.
* Uphold Fruitas Holdings’ standards for customer service, operational excellence, and crisis management.
