**Job Title:** Company Driver
**Job Summary:**
The Company Driver is responsible for transporting company personnel, goods, or products safely and efficiently. This position requires adherence to all traffic laws and regulations while representing the company in a professional manner.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Transportation:**
- Safely transport company employees, clients, and goods to designated locations.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
2. **Vehicle Maintenance:**
- Conduct regular inspections of the company vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Report any maintenance needs or issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Keep the vehicle clean and organized.
3. **Safety Compliance:**
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Ensure the safety of passengers and cargo during transportation.
- Maintain valid driver’s license and any necessary certifications.
4. **Documentation:**
- Keep accurate logs of transportation activities, including mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance records.
- Assist with the completion of necessary paperwork related to deliveries or transportation services.
5. **Customer Service:**
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous and professional during interactions with clients, colleagues, and the public.
- Address any passenger needs or concerns during transportation.
6. **Additional Duties:**
- Assist with loading and unloading goods as required.
- Participate in company meetings and training as necessary.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to sit for extended periods while driving.
- Capability to lift and carry items as needed.
