Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Company Nurse to provide occupational health services to employees, support workplace safety initiatives, and promote overall employee well-being. The ideal candidate will be skilled in basic clinical care, health assessments, and workplace safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide immediate medical care and first aid to employees in case of illness or workplace accidents.
- Monitor and assess the health status of employees through routine check-ups, screenings, and health evaluations.
- Maintain accurate medical and incident records in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of health and wellness programs.
- Promote health education and awareness among employees (e.g., disease prevention, hygiene, ergonomics).
- Support compliance with occupational health and safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers or emergency services when necessary.
- Participate in workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Manage clinic supplies, medications, and equipment inventory.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid license
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or First Aid is preferred
- Prior experience as an occupational or industrial nurse is an advantage
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and efficiently
- Familiarity with local labor and occupational health laws
Working Conditions:
- On-site
- May involve shift work, including weekends or holidays depending on operational needs
- Use of PPE and adherence to health protocols is required
