Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree in Nursing.
- Must be a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
- Candidate must be willing to render over time and do shifting schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing professional nursing care in the clinic and for administering drugs and medicines according to the symptoms presented; technically reports to the Company Physician/Dentist, Optometrist and administratively reports to the HR Medical Officer.
- Attend to all employees with medical, dental concerns and issues, administer first aid.
- Assist company physicians dentists and optometrist
- Attend to home visits for ailing employees, handle RTW for all sick employees
- Ensures that all medical, and dental records of employees are track and monitor
- Participate in the review of all medical and dental contracts and documents
- Ensure the timely inventory and purchases of medicine
- Ensure that all reports to DOLE (medical issues) are being track and monitor
- Ensure that all accounting issues that pertain to medical and dental are track and monitor
- Ensure that all newly hired employees are reported to all government agencies
- Attend to all government benefits, not limited to processing, availment, and payments (check, computation various hospital billing and government payments)
- Handle preparation of Emergency Loan and Employee Savings Loan 12. Handle all preparation for Funeral assistance, and employee voluntary contribution
- Act as Custodian/coordinator for all government agencies
- Ensure that all RCP for all government agencies are prepared on timely manner
