Job Description:
As the Company Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive healthcare services to our manufacturing staff, promoting a safe and healthy work environment, and ensuring compliance with occupational health regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees.
- Conduct regular health assessments and monitor employee well-being.
- Manage and maintain medical records in accordance with company policies.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as needed.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for specialized medical services.
- Implement and oversee health and safety programs to prevent workplace injuries.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Conduct health education sessions to promote wellness among employees.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license in the Philippines.
- Work experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Occupational Health Nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid certification.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with standard working hours.
- On-site role within the manufacturing facility.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
