Job Title: Company Nurse/HR Assistant (preferably female)

Job Summary:
The Company Nurse/HR Assistant plays a dual role in ensuring the health and safety of employees while supporting daily HR operations. This role involves basic medical care, health monitoring, and assisting in various administrative and human resources task, while also providing occasional private nursing care to the resort owner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the resort healthcare service.
- Provide first aid treatment and medical assistance to employees, Directors and guests as needed.
- Respond to guest health concerns and provide basic medical assistance as required.
- Accompany guests,employees and directors to the nearest medical facility or hospital when necessary.
- Create a clean and comfortable sickbay area.
- Manage inventory relating to healthcare
- Document all employee injuries and illnesses and keep this information confidential.
- Improve the health of employees through ongoing programs and health checks.
- Define Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) relating to healthcare
- Create and deliver training related to healthcare and department process
- Provide personal medical care and assistance to the resort owner as required.
- Accompany the resort owner to Manila for medical consultations and check-ups when necessary.
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs.
- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for proper medical care.
- Assist in processing employee medical-related benefits such as SSS sickness claims.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
- Help with maintaining and organizing employee records and documents.
- Support in processing timekeeping, attendance reports, and HR-related forms.
- Assist in organizing HR events, trainings, and employee engagement activities.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed nurse (RN) in the Philippines.
At least 1 year of experience as a company nurse, private nurse, or in a similar role.
Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
Willing to travel to Manila as needed for medical appointments.
Willing to accompany guests to nearby medical facilities when required.
Preferably based in or willing to relocate to Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time position with flexible scheduling depending on operational needs.
Travel expenses to Manila will be covered by the company when accompanying the resort owner.
