The role ensures that all compensation and benefits programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with employee satisfaction and organizational goals.
Qualification
* Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or any6 related field.
* At least with experience/knowledge in payroll.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* With a strong ethics and potential to handle a leadership role
