Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to support the company’s compliance, documentation, and coordination requirements across various government agencies and business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Government Compliance Coordination: Ensure timely issuance, renewal, and compliance with regulatory requirements from agencies such as DOE, LGU, LTO, BFP, DOLE, DENR, SEC, and IPOPHIL, in coordination with relevant departments.
- Business Permits & Licenses: Assist in securing and renewing business permits, licenses to operate, and fire safety certificates for the plant, retail outlets, and liaison office.
- Insurance Coordination: Help collate and manage documents for motor vehicle and property insurance, including policy renewals and claims assistance.
- Intellectual Property Support: Assist in preparing and monitoring trademark applications and renewals.
- Contract and Correspondence Assistance: Support in drafting sales contracts, NDAs, third-party agreements, and formal business correspondences.
- Importation Documentation: Coordinate importation requirements, monitor shipment progress, and liaise with relevant stakeholders and agencies.
- Business Affiliations: Draft and maintain professional correspondence with business affiliates, partners, and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in compliance, documentation, or administrative coordination.
- Familiarity with government regulatory processes and requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and coordinate across departments.
