Job Summary:
Serves as the focal point for all activities relating to the company’s external compliance with both national and local laws and regulations. Responsible for assisting the Legal and Regulatory Compliance Department Head in managing the implementation of the ethics, data privacy, and internal compliance initiatives and enforcement across assigned areas of the Company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or Law-related courses
- At least three (3) years of work experience in compliance and administrative duties
- Familiarity with legal regulations, government circulars/memorandums, global privacy trends, and regulatory frameworks such as, but not limited to, BIR, NWRB, LWUA, and other regulatory requirements
- With excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
- Organized and highly analytical
