JOB DEAILS:
The job holder contributes to the growth and profitability of AVCHI and Affiliates by being responsible for the following Key Result Areas (KRAs):
- Customer Relations
- Customer Service
- After Sales Service
- Customer Satisfaction Metrics
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Degree of any business related courses
- At least 1 year experience in customer service or call center operations
- Competencies in patience, customer orientation, product knowledge, kindness, approachability, accommodation, flexibility, decision making, teamwork, interpersonal relations, and coordinating skills.
