CONTENT MANAGER
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Content Manager to lead the creation, coordination, and execution of content across our businesses in Australia, Singapore, and the Philippines. This hybrid role is based in Alabang and is responsible for shaping the voice and presence of the business across websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other touchpoints.
You’ll work across multiple teams to ensure our content is engaging, brand-aligned, and effective in driving awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and manage a regionally aligned content strategy that supports brand, marketing, and sales objectives in AU, SG, and PH.
- Own and maintain the content calendar across all channels.
Content Creation & Publishing
- Write and edit engaging, relevant, and brand-consistent content for:
- Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Websites across AU, PH, and SG markets
- Email marketing and customer communications
- Landing pages, blogs, case studies, and sales materials
- Tailor content to suit regional audiences while maintaining a unified brand voice.
Social Media Management
- Manage content across all relevant social platforms for AU, SG, and PH markets.
- Develop post schedules, monitor engagement, and report on campaign performance.
- Ensure messaging supports each market's objectives and tone.
Website & CMS Oversight
- Maintain and update content across multiple websites (using CMS tools such as WordPress).
- Coordinate with design and development teams to improve website experience and SEO.
- Track web traffic and content performance across all regions.
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor content KPIs (engagement, traffic, conversions) across all markets.
- Use data insights to optimise future content planning and execution.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Design, and external freelancers to deliver effective campaigns.
- Ensure content is aligned with product launches, lead generation, and branding initiatives across all countries.
Availability:
Be contactable outside the span of ordinary hours to address urgent client or business matters as required.
Compliance:
- Create and maintain ISO documentation as required.
- Commit to following the principles of “The Power Choice Way.”
- Work within the constraints of the company quality system and workplace health and safety measures.
- Design tasks in a timely, cost-effective, and auditable manner.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital content creation and content strategy.
- Exceptional English writing and editing skills.
- Experience managing social media and web content across multiple markets or regions.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), email tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with SEO principles and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma).
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.
- A collaborative mindset with a keen understanding of regional market nuances (AU, SG, PH).
