We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Content Marketing Specialist to develop and execute content strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You will be responsible for creating and distributing high-quality, relevant, and compelling content across various formats and channels, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Content Strategy & PlanningCollaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars aligned with campaign goals and brand priorities.Research the product and audience to make sure content is accurate and relevant for the target audience.
B. Content Creation & ManagementWrite, edit, and optimize content for multiple formats: articles, social media posts, videos, email campaigns, and website copy.Repurpose content for different channels to maximize reach and engagement.Work with designers, videographers, to produce high-quality visual and multimedia content.
C. ReportingMonitor and analyze content performance for each distribution channel.Develop and run A/B tests to optimize content effectiveness.Prepare and share regular performance reports with stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.Strong writing and editing skills for various formats (articles, social media, email, video scripts, etc.).Understanding of content strategy and ability to align content with brand and campaign goals.Experience with content management systems (CMS) and tools for publishing and optimizing content.Basic knowledge of SEO principles and how to apply them to written and digital content.Familiarity with social media platforms and content distribution strategies.
