Job description
The Contract Analyst will support the Sourcing organization in order to execute sourcing projects that range from simple to medium complexity, from start to finish, including but not limited to – sourcing request validation per client guidelines, assisting with requirements analysis for competitive events, collaborating with client requesters to close any data gaps, prepare and publish the contract package to the identified suppliers, following up with suppliers to ensure adequate participation, and summarizing proposals back to the requestor, and working with the legal team to ensure a robust agreement that hold suppliers accountable for performance is executed. The Contract Analyst will be expected to understand and comply with contracting and purchasing guidelines, as well as be able to effectively work within a matrixed and global organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate contracts of low, to medium, value and risk with vendors, adhering to sourcing governance in order to achieve the best outcome for the company. As part of the process, will need to ensure strong communication with internal stakeholders as well as ongoing management of contracts and issues.
- Support, and as applicable will handle, Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and scoring/evaluation engagements in coordination with, and oversight by, the Strategic Sourcing Manager for the respective category and stakeholder groups.
- Develop relationships with key Business Areas, including interviewing users to determine parameters of proposed transactions and/or improvements.
- Manage sourcing-related process and systems, including required data entry, reporting, automation and enhancements.
- Coach Business Units on vendor management of their suppliers, and support resolution of supplier performance issues when appropriate.

Must Have:
- A degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or related field
- Experience with Purchasing/Contract experience
- Positive attitude and ability to work alongside other team members
- Highly collaborative team player who can prioritize and manage tasks from start to finish
- Detail oriented and exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to present information formally both verbally and written
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
Technical Requirements:
- Own working computer with at least 8GB of RAM
- Licensed Windows 11 installed and running on your computer
- A primary internet connection with a minimum of 20mbps download speed
- A backup internet connection
Other requirements:
- EXCLUSIVE Full-Time work (min 40 hours per week); NO PART-TIME
- Open to work in US business hours
