About the role:
We are seeking a Contract Recruiter based in the Philippines to support our growing hiring needs across Customer Support, IT, and other locally-based teams. This is a part-time, temporary position focused on recruiting independent contractors for remote roles across the country. As a key member of our HR function, you’ll partner closely with our HR team and hiring managers to source, screen, and coordinate candidates who align with our values and performance expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for contract positions across Customer Support, IT, and other business areas
- Source and engage candidates using a variety of tools and channels (e.g. LinkedIn, online job boards, local networks)
- Conduct initial screens and coordinate interviews
- Communicate proactively with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the process
- Provide regular updates and feedback to stakeholders on hiring progress
- Support contract-related documentation and coordination as needed
- Ensure all hiring activities are compliant with company policies and local labor guidelines for independent contractors
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience in the Philippines or for remote/distributed teams
- Strong familiarity with hiring independent contractors and understanding of local market dynamics
- Experience recruiting for Customer Support and IT roles is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Comfortable with part-time hours (approximately 20 hours/week, flexible schedule)
- Available to start immediately or on short notice
