Position Summary
The Contracts and Document Control Administrator plays a vital role in coordinating, preparing, and managing subcontractor agreements and supporting documentation. This position demands a detail-oriented professional who can ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations through accurate document handling and timely data entry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational abilities, proficient use of document management tools, and effective communication with both internal teams and external partners. Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in preparing, reviewing, and managing Subcontractor Agreements.
Mandatory experience in data entry and document control, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, consistency, and timely record-keeping.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with subcontractors, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with Adobe for document review and verification is highly desirable.
Professional demeanor and the ability to represent the company with integrity and professionalism in all communications and documentation.
