Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Observe proper cleaning and sanitation of food preparation areas at all times
- Prepare ingredients to be used in cooking the store's food offerings
- Meet daily target or required production of food offerings and ensure products will meet the establishment's standards on food safety and quality
- Responsible for the proper storage of food items
- Monitor stocks and advise on replenishment
- Check all products - actual stocks should tally with recorded ending inventory
- Responsible in reporting and recording spoiled/substandard wastages
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least Highschool Graduate
- With knowledge to various cooking procedures and methods
- Attentive to cleanliness of working area
- Flexibility to various shifts
