NGCP Project-Based CSR Assistant: Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will report to the Senior Officer of the Corporate Initiatives and Advocacies Division and will support the operations of NGCP’s Environmental Stewardship Advocacy Program. This nationwide program encompasses activities and initiatives such as Calamity Affected Relief Efforts (CARE), Biodiversity Conservation, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), and Climate Change Adaptation (CCA). Responsibilities include assisting in program development and monitoring, managing data, coordinating with internal and external parties, and performing administrative tasks related to assignments. The candidate may also be involved in program execution when necessary
Responsibilities of the CSR Assistant:
- Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of Environmental, Disaster Relief Operations, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Climate Change Adaptation programs.
- Collaborate with project partners, including NGOs and government agencies, as well as internal groups, to fulfill program requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure the efficient and timely implementation of program activities, adhering to the applicable scope, timeline, and corporate goals.
- Assist in the preparation and review of relevant program documents and reports to ensure internal and external compliance.
- Facilitate logistical requirements for the implementation of program-related activities.
Qualifications for the CSR Assistant:
- A graduate degree in any social science or community development course or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in social development or corporate social responsibility (CSR).
- Preferably with experience in disaster relief/risk operations and environmental implementation work.
- Willingness to work onsite in our Head office in San Juan City from Monday-Friday.
